个人简介

    上海交通大学集成电路学院助理研究员,硕士生导师。2017年获西北工业大学学士学位, 2022年获上海交通大学博士学位,2022年至2024年在上海交通大学电子科学与技术博士后流动站担任博士后研究员, 2024年6月加入上海交通大学。长期从事高速光通信和硅基集成光互联芯片研究,在Light: Science & Applications、Advanced Photonics、Laser & Photonics Reviews、OFC、ECOC等光电子领域重要期刊和会议发表论文40余篇;其中以第一作者发表期刊和论文11篇,包括两篇Postdeadline paper(ECOC 2023, OFC 2022)、两篇Journal of Lightwave Technology invited paper,授权/申请中国发明专利6项。受邀在ACP、OGC、CIOP、ICAIT等国际会议上做口头报告,获得第五届光电子集成芯片立强大会“科技新星”称号、第四届全国光子技术论坛(大湾区)“优秀口头报告奖”、上海市“超级博士后激励计划”等荣誉与奖励。
