Silicon photonics

    Shuaihu Liu, male, born in 2003 in Handan, Hebei Province, completed his undergraduate studies in Electronic Science and Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2024, he began pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and joined the State Key Laboratory of Regional Optical Fiber Communication Networks and New Optical Communication Systems under the supervision of Professor Lu Sun to conduct research on silicon-based optoelectronics.
