Biography

     Sai Gao,born in 1996, Lvliang, Shanxi Province, undergraduated study at Xi'an University. In September 2018,He was admitted as a postgraduate in the Department of Electronic Engineering of Shanghai Jiao tong University. He joined the regional optical fiber communication network and the State Key Laboratory of New Optical Communication Systems with the guide of Prof. Ciyuan Qiu for relative research.
