Biography |
Fei Li was born in 1988, Xinxiang,Henan province.She graduated from Ocean University of China in June,2010 and got a bachelor degree of Communication Engineering.During that time ,she gained the " first degree scholarship "and was granted "outstanding student" several times .In August.,2010, she entered Shanghai Jiao Tong University and joined the OTIP to get a master degree.
