个人简介

 

     邱辞源:上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院副教授。分别于2005年和2007年获清华大学学士学位和硕士学位,2013年获美国Rice University博士学位。2014年1月到2014年6月在Rice University做博士后研究,2014年8月加入上海交通大学。研究方向为硅基/石墨烯光电子器件。目前发表第一作者/通信作者论文25篇,包括1篇Nano Letters(第一作者,IF=12.712),论文被SCI他引556余次(Web of Science 检索)。邱辞源曾获2012年国家优秀自费留学生奖学金,2016年上海交通大学SMC-晨星青年学者奖励计划,2017年电子系季寒冰青年教师基金奖励(1人/年),2017年上海交通大学晨星-优秀青年学者奖励计划。
