Biography

 

Yuanyuan Lu was born in 1983, in Yantai, Shandong Province. She enrolled in School of Information Engineering in Wuhan University of Technology in Sept. 2002. In 2005, she took part in the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest, and won the second prize in Hubei province.
 
After received the B.S. degree in 2006, she was accepted as a graduate student by Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In July 2006, she joined the State Key Lab of Advanced Optical Communication Systems and Networks in Department of Electronic Engineering. During the research in State Key Lab, she has two papers published on Optics Express, one paper accepted by OFC2008 as an oral presentation, and two national patents in application. She is a student member of the Optical Society of America (OSA).

Her hobbies include badminton, basketball and swimming.
