Biography

    Ruihuan Zhang was born in Xuchang city, Henan province. She got her B.S. Degree and M.S. Degree in the department of electronic science and technology of Harbin Institute of Technology in 2015 and 2017 respectively. From September 2017, she joined the OTIP of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, started studying for the doctoral degree in engineering, mainly researching on silicon devices for optical communication.
