Biography

     He An was born in 1992 in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province. He received the B.S.Degree of Applied Physics in Suzhou University of Science and Technology and the master degree in Wenzhou University. In September 2018, he was admitted as a doctoral student in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and then he joined the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Optical Communication Systems and Networks for relative research. He has varieties of hobby including football and basketball.
